Hey, I’m Christie B.
Ex-Design Manager with Google, Art Director, and now a ADHD Coach, empowering people to harness their untapped genius and live in their sweet-spot.
Like many women with ADHD, I spent years searching for clarity—juggling passions, trying to build structure, and always seeking a deeper understanding of myself, one personality test at a time. Driven yet often scattered, I struggled to fit into systems that didn’t feel right for me.
My breakthrough came in 2020 when I discovered my purpose, unlocking a new level of confidence and focus. With my ADHD diagnosis in 2023, the final pieces aligned, giving me the tools to live with intention and ease rather than constantly pushing to keep up.
With over 13 years as a Creative Professional, I learned to empower myself in the workplace and channel my traits as strengths. Now, I help others find that same clarity, guiding them to discover what lights them up and design a life they love.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
ADHD stands for Attention Defecit Hyperactivity Disorder, and is a neurodevelopmental condition commonly characterised by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
It’s a condition developed in your formative years and influenced by inherited biology, family stress, lack of nutrition, and a lack of attunement with your mother or primary caregiver during infancy.
By addressing all areas of life* ADHD can be so well-managed that you can live a stress-free life.
*Depending on varying levels of past traumas. ADHD Coaching should be paired with a Counsellor or Psychologist for more severe cases.
In women, symptoms present differently to men. The majority of research has been predominantly studied on men, so the need for female support and coaching is more needed than ever.

You don’t need to be diagnosed with ADHD to get coaching.
You might strongly suspect you have ADHD or someone has recognised it for you.
That’s okay!
At the beginning of every Discovery Call, we do a short questionnaire to identify the areas your ADHD is affecting.
The results will determine whether or not you have ADHD, which you can then take to a Psychiatrist to pursue an official diagnosis which will also give you access to medication if you choose to go that way.
