These art therapy sessions are designed to help you slow down, externalise what you’re carrying, and make sense of it through art-making and conversation.
This work is reflective and supportive and suitable for low to moderate support needs.
For higher-needs situations, I maintain a referral network of clinicians and community services so clients can get the level of care that’s right for them.
