I’m a Creative Coach and Consultant in Sydney working with individuals, businesses, and teams who want to use their creative voice with more direction and impact.
With 14+ years in the creative industry, I help people find their why, streamline their ideas, and move toward areas that feel purposeful.
My coaching and consulting is grounded, personal, and hands on—focused on helping you follow through on what matters.

Spiralling self-doubt & imposter-syndrome.
I left my 6-figure Design Manager role to start a business (I know).Chronic people-pleasing & overcommitment.
Learning to trust myself every day.The burnout cycle. Understanding how my AuDHD brain works and improving my relationship with rest, nutrition, and exercise.

I only work 3 days a week—and protect that fiercely.
